Hey There, I'm Tiffany!
And I know exactly what it's like to struggle with what it even means to be a feminine woman.
For most of my 20s, I lived in my head. I was an electrical engineering major at Howard University and then even went on to graduate school in the same major.
Then finally about 10 months into my first job, I realized that something had to give. I was gaining weight, had increased anxiety, and I didn’t resonate or was struggling to connect with the people around me.
Through my journey, I tried so many things - coaching, workshops, self-discovery programs and they all helped but something deeper was being called from within.
I began to go within and discover my relationship with my body and emotional energy. In cultivating this process I discovered a way to connect with feminine energy and power in a way that feels intuitive and not like a 'performance' of femininity.
Amazingly enough, it worked!
I’ve healed myself of anxiety disorder, addiction, high blood pressure, and migraines with what I have learned. I have begun to heal and restructure key relationships in ways that are more mutually beneficial. I re-found my voice and released years of hidden shame that did not allow me to fully own my creative gifts.
Eventually, I learned how to create a lifestyle that supports my continued healing and growth so I can create and cultivate a life I truly love. My solutions have been hard-won, and I know that they will help you the same way they helped me (without all the struggle!).
