The Great Unmasking: Fully Embodied Communication

Intro

I had a client who kept being passed over for a promotion. She had been up for the promotion multiple times and seemingly had the support of her team and colleagues, yet something weird always happened to prevent it from fully manifesting. 

As we worked together we made clear that while she wanted the promotion for status and money purposes, she was secretly concerned about her ability to maintain the increased exposure and responsibility. 

Inside of this, she kept subconsciously making small faux-pas (so to speak) or dropping the ball in simple areas that impacted her getting the job that pretty much was already in the bag. 

We worked on aligning her communication – internally first which naturally led to external shifts in how she showed up, the decisions she made, and the actions she took. 

After 7 years of lamenting at not receiving her desired recognition within six weeks of realigning, she was invited by a Senior VP to apply for a position that had not yet been posted. She was hand-selected for the role and after a short interview process she was given the position, pay increase, and title she oh so coveted. 

What changed? I walked her through a foundational The Love Work™ embodiment tool called Dynamic Communication – which I’ll get to later but before that, a couple of things occurred that prepared her. 

The Awakening

As part of the Great Unmasking as a collective, we awakening to hidden truths, delusions, and beliefs lying underneath the surface. As these bubble up what can and will be tolerated changes. 

This has always been a result and benefit of awakening. However, as the vibration on this planet shifts authenticity and integrity are valued more than ever. 

The ways in which we used to hold our breath, literally and figuratively, waiting for better times are no longer sustainable. The resulting emotional and mental pain accompanied by physical distress seems amplified under new codes. 

Not being real with yourself is having greater costs which is causing even the most disconnected of us to look within and dig deeper. 

Energetic Communication

As illusions fall and truth becomes more evident our energetic communication is becoming louder and more evident. 

Again, something that was always present. However, now with more lucid perception the vibe is more readily acknowledged, and pervasive second-guessing no longer stomachable. 

Energy is becoming louder than words – yours in which you communicate and that of others in which you receive. 

Life loves you way too much to allow you to compromise yourself. The energy will not allow you and for those who have not yet learned to discern and reintegrate this time may cause great inner strife. 

Dynamic Communication is a tool I developed over a decade ago when I was going through a tectonic-level transformation and needed a grounding framework to understand and communicate myself. 

Dynamic Communication

Dynamic Communication is one of the four core frameworks I teach in my leadership course Get Embodied: The Grounding Art of Leadership from the Inside-Out. 

It helps course and coaching clients do three core integral things: 

1. Clarify shifting and varying (sometimes competing) needs on multiple levels. Learning to look at life, situations, and transformation at various levels of the self, helps to highlight where contradictions may be at play and distill the true needs and desires that may be masked. 
2. Process emotional and mental patterns emerging for healing. Underneath contradictions are often areas for healing – whether they be limiting beliefs, stored trauma, or inner walls created for protection. Working through these things allows them to be transmuted. 
3. Integrate this new awareness into communication, actions, and decision-making. The result of working through this framework is deeper readiness and preparation for what you are bringing forth. This inside-out style preparation aligns your energetic, mental, emotional, and behavioral communication for a more fully self-embodied you. 

It is a very powerful process that has an organic way of unmasking and releasing what no longer serves you while clarifying and amplifying that which does. 

You’re already it – releasing the layers that hide and mask it, is where the work lay. 

Conclusion

Living on the vibration of malignment is becoming harder and harder. It will be imperative to align within for simple well-being. Your calling is getting louder (listen). 

Something is seeking to birth itself through you. The more you align with and are true to yourself the easier the midwifery will be.
